Hey, Guys! So I haven’t really been keeping up too well on the blog with the few hauls I’ve had this year, but figured why not just catch up in a lump sum? I buy products here and there but not nearly as much makeup as you might think for being a beauty blogger-at least maybe compared to others in the beauty community or even myself when I was in my twenties. It’s just not something I do regularly, unless it’s something I need, run out of and want to replace, or want to try. It comes and goes in spurts. I have cycles where I’m buying more in a period, and then a lot less or pretty much nothing for a month or more. Just how I roll!
Hey friends! I was able to get my hands on the four products I’ve been wanting from my last On My Radar post. I didn’t get all of these at once but over the course of the last two months. Most of these are higher-end except for the Milani. I don’t frequently buy more expensive items but have no problem dropping more if I personally think I’ll like something or just want that luxury feel here and there! I’ve had these for a little now, so at this point I wanted to follow up and share my thoughts!

Hey there, Beauts! Happy MARCH! We (kinda) made it through winter and spring is sounding really good right now! Good thing it’s right around the corner.
In today’s post I want to share with you the neutral/nude palettes I ended up getting towards the end of last year. If you’ve been following my blog, you may remember that a few months ago I was trying to decide between a couple. I was looking to get some new palettes because I had a meh palette that was way old and I was over it basically, and I really didn’t have many others unless you count quads or duos. All the pretty new palettes were calling my name.

Now that we are totally into the fall season and I have succumbed with reckless abandon, I had to make sure all my autumn products were replenished and good to go. I am a huuuuge scent person so this is a big deal to me. Since I was running low on fall-scented hand soap (the horror!) and used up of my favorite Ulta “fall” body wash (which I had for embarrassingly way too long and is now no longer sold), a trip to Bath & Body Works was definitely in order.
I don’t know what it is about that store that makes me keep coming back. Actually I know exactly what keeps me coming back- nostalgia, cute labels, fun scents, familiarity, convenience, and all the coupons and deals don’t hurt either. Cheap but addictive little indulgences. What can ya do. Most of their body scents don’t linger for that long unless you maybe layer the fragrance, but I don’t expect it to either. I just enjoy it more for the momentary treat. I like a little variety, so you’ll see some dessert scents along with the spicy/fruity/nature variety. Anyway, Here’s what I picked up for the season!
Body Wash. Of all the fall shower gels they had, these two were my favorite. I won’t get into too much description since their names (Salted Caramel Pumpkin and Pumpkin Apple Cider) are pretty much self-explanatory. They smell so delicious and right on. I like cider, pumpkin, and caramel so these combinations for me are pretty much bomb. I wish these came as a shower cream too but I’m happy with these.

When I do a massive declutter, it feels only natural for me to fill up all that extra space with better, newer stuff. Ha! No but really-decluttering this time around has inspired me to refresh and update my stash. I like having options, but they have to be the right options.
Typically, I try new products here and there or if I run out of something. This time however, I wanted to do a little more revamping! I’ll do more in-depth reviews once I get around to using them a few times, but for now here’s an overview of my latest haul (yes- I had missions for this haul, I was intense lol).
Mission 1: Primers
I used to use primers not too long ago. They’d make my makeup look pretty good at first, but I have oily/combo skin and gave up on a lot of them because they made me greasy or felt greasy, broke me out, or didn’t improve anything enough to be worth that extra step. Maybe my newer foundations were fine enough on their own and didn’t need a primer so much, who knows! But I wanted to try some new primers for my skin type and to revisit the whole idea. I decided to get Pacifica Oil Control Primer , $18.00, and Cover Girl Outlast All-Day Primer, $12.99, based on some pretty good reviews on the Ulta site. Sometimes these go on sale and depending on the product, you can use an Ulta coupon. I can’t wait to see how these work on me!
